New Years Eve Inspired Look

Although it may seem far away, New Years Eve is around the corner! I threw on this little number to begin thinking of ideas to wear when celebrating. I realized, in my almost knee length skirt that my NYE attire has definitely changed from my college days and early Chicagoan days. I have to admit, I am liking the change for the better. Sometimes I wonder...what was I thinking?! & how did I not catch pneumonia?? Here is my take on New Years Eve 2015 - aren't sequins the closest thing to wearing confetti?

 Remix... As I was planning this outfit, I thought... how can I wear this outfit to work? I truly try to only purchase items that I can wear out for fun as well as in the classroom. Here is what I came up with. A little polka dot action to join in the sequin and floral fun! Why not?
