Compliment to Make a Positive Change

What does it look like to make a difference? This is a question that I ask myself pretty often.
Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to choose a career that would allow me to make a positive change in this world. Teaching was my make-believe game I played in my parents basement. The game I never grew tired of.  So when it came time for college, it was pretty easy to pick my major to make this childhood dream a reality. Now, as a current teacher, I hope that the difference that I make for my students is occurring deep within their souls rather than shown to me externally because to feel that difference is harder than it seemed it would be. How different reality is compared to my little eight year old mind. I have blogged about this before, that one day I will do something else to add to my career to make more of a positive change to feel satisfied within myself and what I have to offer this world. Ideas have been spinning...

So, why am I rambling on about all of this you wonder? Well, let me tell you! The coolest thing happened to me recently! I was fortunate enough to be asked to take part in the Compliment Community Program that is an organization that was created by a teacher to make a difference. How perfect! I was overjoyed with excitement because this organization is something that I completely believe in myself. It is my deepest hope to create something one day as powerful and successful to continue on this positive change. I look up to the founder of this program as she was able to follow her heart and soul to make a difference.

Let me give you a little bit of insight on this program:
Compliment Community is a wonderful organization created by a teacher that had the passion in her heart to make a difference in our world. She created this program to provide educational opportunities for women breaking out of generational cycles of poverty from each sale of her products. Her business grew so successful that she left the classroom to focus on Compliment. Compliment sells beautiful jewelry and items for the home. The best part about getting the items in the mail is that you also receive a little positive message of encouragement. A little reminder; a compliment to lift your spirit. Just seeing you are beautiful can truly change your day and put a smile on your face. To learn more about this organization head on over to their website. Find out how you can join to also become a Compliment Community leader!

P.S. Happy Veteran's Day. Thank you so much to those that make a difference for our country each day. We are so grateful for your service.

The earrings I received are gold plated with black Swarovski crystals. They are perfect to dress up an outfit for a date night out or can be worn casually to add a little jazz to your outfit!

I loved the necklace that was picked for me to style. The mint green is a wonderful color to be worn year round. I love that it is delicate so it doesn't detract too much from my outfit but instead just adds a little personal touch. To purchase their beautiful pieces head on over to Compliment. Type in "Pinkadott" to receive free shipping (or $5 off)! The best part is you are not only wearing beautiful jewels but you are also making a difference
