Lace has always been one of my all time favorite textures. Ever since I was a little girl. I have lace pieces in my closet from years ago and I have the hardest time saying goodbye to them, knowing I can probably pair them with something in my closet, as I did this day. This shirt is peplum and wearing it alone allows for a more dressier look. I was trying to tone it down a notch for a family party I was attending so I decided to throw on this sweater, with jeans. Heels of course, because I'm always overdressed, but that's ok, that's just me. Adorned with an antique gold necklace and of course hot pink nails. Straightened hair too (which doesn't happen often)!!
